Taking
care of your administrative needs
PCS’s
service includes preparation and submission of all Approval
applications and compliance files. On the initiation of your project,
we will provide all required documents. In general this includes the
items listed below:

Technical Description of the product
• Block Diagram

Bill of Materials

Product Schematic (circuit diagram)

PCB Component Layout Drawings (component placement)
•
Antenna Specifications (including make, model and type, azimuth plots
and peak gain expressed in dBi)

Additional
documentation such as local language user guides, ISO9000
certificates, manufacturer's company
registration license and so on may also be required, dependent on
your target countries.
PCS
will provide help and support where we can if any documentation is
not readily available.
The
documentation you provide will be compiled into application files in
the specific format and language required for each country. Any
application forms or declarations required by the regulator will be
completed in full by PCS so that all you have to do is sign.
Removing
the language barriers
All
translation and interpretation required to facilitate the application
process is included in our service as standard. English
translations of local language certificates are provided on
request. In countries where local language user guides are
required, PCS can arrange translation for you. Where required, translation of your product brochures and/or brief Quick
Start Guides are arranged at no extra cost.
No
Delays - Guaranteed
PCS
will prepare all application dossiers and submit to the authorities
via a fast and reliable courier. We guarantee that all applications
will leave our office within 2 working days of receiving the
necessary documentation from you (with priority dossiers leaving
first).
Our
involvement does not finish there! All shipments are closely
monitored and support given to assist with speedy customs clearance
and delivery.
Testing
In
countries where foreign test reports are not accepted, local testing
will be required. Usually 1 or 2 samples, plus support equipment must
be shipped to a laboratory in the country.
Prior
to shipping, all samples are checked at PCS's pre-test lab to ensure
they operate correctly for the test environment they will face at the
overseas lab. Our engineers also take the opportunity to rationalize
the test instructions provided to ensure they are suitable for
non-native English speakers and don't make assunptions that may not
be clear to the overseas test labs.
PCS
will provide full assistance in clearing equipment through customs
using the best brokers and our in-country contacts to ensure that
there are no delays to your project.
PCS
can provide first line technical support, or introduce your
engineering team to our contacts at the test laboratory, so that you
remain in full control of the testing process.
Either
way, during testing, PCS will constantly monitor progress and use our
expertise to help in eliminating any problems. PCS are happy to
attend testing on your behalf in any countries where additional
support is required or where problems are anticipated.
Keeping
your sales team selling!
PCS’s
team of local agents worldwide will provide dedicated support and
assistance in-country throughout the entire project. On request,
these agents can hold approvals in their own name, allowing you
greater flexibility with your sales strategy and opening doors in
countries where you have no local office.
